Taylor will work with you either virtually or in-person to develop a plan that works for you and your lifestyle using a non-restrictive, science-based approach. 1 on 1 appointments are approximately 30-60 minutes.
Taylor can help with:

- Weight Management
- Medical Nutrition Therapy (Diabetes, Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, etc)
- Overall Health and Wellness

Online and In-Person Personal Training
Taylor has years of both online and in-person personal training experience as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She will be able to create a training program tailored to you and your fitness goals. She mainly works with clients who want to get stronger, have a better range of motion, or just want to learn more about fitness!

Meal Plans
Taylor will be able to provide you with a one-time meal plan tailored to your nutrition goal. You will also be given recipes and handouts to learn more about nutrition and kickstart your wellness journey.
